Fawn’s leadership style is way beyond the normal Fashion conscious person who is all about show and not substance. I witnessed this first hand at our recent NBNY youth leadership training for Native youth. Fawn came in her cocktail dress for dinner, as was appropriate, and earned significant “street cred” with the youth she would be addressing two days later by doing our “Trust Walk” blindfolded over hard, uneven stones, sand and slippery grass embankments without an ounce of hesitation. Her message Sunday night was clear, concise, and confidence building to young people who have never been given insight into the crucial decisions that either sabotage or enhance their perception in professional life. Fawn is a true professional whose message is timely as leaders navigate the important choices of what we choose to stand for, and how we choose to present ourselves in a complex and changing world!

The Ahwatukee Chapter of the National Charity League was so pleased to engage Fawn Cheng, Personal Stylist & Brand Strategist, as our guest recently to speak to 200+ moms and daughters involved in our group. Fawn’s presentation and interaction with our group was entertaining as well as she provided excellent information. To appeal to both moms and teenage daughters is challenging and she was one of the finest in terms of directing information to both age levels, as well as she has a delightful style that works so well when addressing this many women!
